Two Cut With Knife During Scuffle At PA Waterpark: Authorities

Three people were arrested when an argument at a Scranton waterpark became violent last Friday, June 14, according to city police.

Authorities said it happened in the parking lot after an adult swim event at Montage Mountain. Multiple parkgoers "engaged in an altercation" that left four people injured, including two who were cut by a knife, officials said. 

Those arrested: 

  • Nyree Kenya Tawanda Pemberton, 25, of Ithaca, New York was charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, harassment, and disorderly conduct.

  • Divine Naysa Nari Taylor, 22, of Ithaca, New York was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment. 

  • Kwesi Elias Green, 29, of Hanover Township, was charged with simple assault, disorderly conduct, and harassment. 

The investigation is ongoing, Scranton police added.
